Invitation

This was an open invitation to architects and consultants from around the world to engage in a challenging act of creative design that stipulated a unique architecture for the long anticipated Great Egyptian Museum . Neighboring a timeless wonder, the Giza Pyramids, the new museum pays homage to eternal Ancient Egyptian monuments, treasures, and history. The project aims to establish a state-of-the-art museum complex provides facilities and access to a broad range of information. The museum complex furnishes all its visitors with a uniquely enjoyable, educational and cultural experience.

Egypt , the centre of civilization, art, and culture, offers its unique site neighboring the Pyramids of Giza as a genius loci for such a cultural and architectural challenge that best addressed the world’s Third Millennium and Egypt ’s Seventh Millennium.
